Do you sell all residential types? (condos/houses/townhomes/etc)I do! Anything in the Lower Mainland and Squamish is on my list of places I sell.
Do buyers pay a commission if you help them?Nope, the buyer doesn't pay anything for my help. I make my commission from the seller's side of the transaction. It doesn't cost you anything to work with me but it could save you $100,000's!
Do you help people who don't know anything about real estate?Absolutely! Those are my fav types of clients because I have lots of guides to help them learn about real estate and I'm always here to answer any questions. (even if you're not working with me I'm keen to help.)
Why do you like working with people in crisis? (i.e. Divorce/death/life changes)I think that I have a level of empathy that is unusual in my industry. I'll get the professional part of the job done but I'm also there for my clients if they need some emotional help. Lots of real estate deals are really hard for people and I've been there too so I get it.
Do you help first time home buyers?I sure do! In fact, I'm uniquely suited to helping first time buyers because I really educate my clients in all things real estate in Vancouver, North Van, etc.

Jacquie is a dedicated professional. She will do the research and provide you with all of the tools and information to make informed decisions on one of the most important transactions you will make, your home purchase. Jacquie will work tirelessly to get the right offer in and negotiate on your behalf. She will ensure everything is done correctly following all rules and regulations. I can't recommend her enough. You will be very happy if you choose to have her represent you in purchasing your new home. She will go the extra mile or kilometers.
Jacquie assisted us with the sale of our Vancouver house and the purchase of a condo in North Vancouver. Throughout the process, Jacquie provided us with sound advice and all around great service. On the rare occasion of a hiccup, she took care of it promptly and effectively, making things pretty much worry-free for us.
We have no hesitation in recommending Jacquie. We really did enjoy working with her and she would be our first choice if we again needed to engage a real estate agent.
Jacquie is wonderful to work with. She’s funny, always available and easy to talk to and is always on your side to get you what you want. She takes the initiative to give you updates and information about properties and the market that she thinks you might find interesting/useful. We bought our home 2 years ago and we have an ongoing relationship with Jacquie because of her taking the time to reach out and we are very much looking forward to our next property purchase with Jacquie.
